A.Bond~Strands has plants in two locations
having a total covered area of 25,000 sq.ft. The product machinery
includes vacuum casting cabinets, filament winding machines,
cold shuttle press, fibreglass spray-up machine, ovens, supported
by a fully equipped comprehensive tool room machine shop and
fabrication shop. We have a paint shop facility using powder
coating technology.

withstand voltage can be tested.

The group works with Govt., Laboratories
like College of Engg., Guindy , Madras; Central Power Research
Institute, Bangalore, Bhopal etc., some of the well known
and advanced laboratories in India, to conduct impulse voltage
test, short circuit level and other tests.

In order to achieve the goal of making its
in-house facilities comprehensive , the group is in the process
of setting up its own laboratories consisting of testing equipment
for tan delta and partial discharge measurement and other
research and development activities.

People have been the key to the success of
the group and today the group employs over 230 people in various
capacities. Administration is looked after by 25 personnel
and 40 technically qualified staff look after production,
line inspection, final inspection and of course sales and
service.

Our first 20 years are not merely characterised

quality, we pride ourselves on our expertise and hard work.
We are a group which does not shy away from innovation and
are diversifying to achieve a vertical integration of our
products. With the privatisation of power industry going on
in full swing, we hope new vistas for our products will continously
open up. Given our expertise in the Electrical Industry, we
plan to produce a wider range of products for electrical applications
through collaborations from abroad and we expect the years
to come will see continuing innovations by us to meet our
clients ever changing needs.
